The worst for years they sent the same man that couldn’t hear, barely walk to fix water leaks, plumbing issues and when he came he couldn’t find anything even though it was wet and leaking he said there was nothing wrong! The office is rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend they should be shut down

Was referred to them by my property management. Waited a week without hearing from them for an appointment so i decided to call. The man who answered asked a few questions then said "he would try to come over today, but if not for sure tomorrow." All i wanted was a confirmed appointment time regardless of what day he chose to come, it could have been a week later i just wanted a date to note on our calander. Well Its been 4 days since then without a word from them and both me and my husband have tried to call multiple times and they NEVER answer how unprofessional 😡

Had house sewer line back up. Could not use bathroom facilities nor kitchen sink and washer. Called plumber at 8 am. helper took message. Told her I would not be home until noon. Would be ok for them to come after 1 pm. Helper said she would pass information along. Waited all afternoon, called some 5 times between 1-5pm either go answering, that a Nancy would return call or phone would just ring with no answer or indicated message box full, or a male phone came on and said leave message. The next morning called again and got Nancy message they would call back. I used this company before over the years and I like the people who work for company, but apparently they have no respect for customers. I will no longer use them. Called different plumbing company.

What crooks. In DEC 2015 my husband passed. I need plumber. The kid told me this is how this is going to work. I'm sirpose to call to get All facets replaced, wheather I need or not. O couldn't do it. About a month ago I needed them again. Thoughts their was a rodent in the pipes. The day I called they were to come bit no show. I called the next day and they claimed I didn't answer. What bull. What liars. Finally over 24;hrs/somebody showed up. All he did was laughed at me and said no rodent will come through. OK them. So now I have a 45.00 bill to pay. The invoice says they inspected the drain lines and found them working properly. He didn't do a dam thing.

This has been the worst Plumbing company I have ever seen they are rude and worst of all don't know how to do there job they have come to "fix" the water that was leaking from the top shower to the kitchen downstairs and all they do is come and put blue tape on it and leave they say they will be back to "check" on it but they never do, the water leaks next to a light fixture and it very dangerous. They suck at there job or maybe they don't know how to do there job but please stay alway from this so call company they will not fix anything.

These guys have scheduled four appointmenta with me and we're late EVERY single time. This most recent time they said they we're late because their guy was "picking up my faucet" although he said he had picked it up last week (at a previous appointment) very disrespectful of people's time

Just don't hire this company! The one good review must be an employer. False advertisement. Can't add photo of wires hanging out of my hot water heater!!!

Excellent service great quality work. Just wish they can do multiple work, but overall it's a great place to call. if your budget is tight it's an affordable buissness.
